REFUND POLICY
Jelly SMS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a Liberal Refund Policy. Refund or Service Cancellation will be considered only valid reason. However, the Refund or cancellation request will not be entertained if the reson is not valid.
In case you feel that the services received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the services. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint and we will take an appropriate decision.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 14 days from the purchase date, We will deduct the service Charges 15% and will provide a refund of your unused credits. Refund will take 21 working days. Refund will be provided only through CHEQUE. Please note that used credits are not refundable.
